Gratitude Attitude


Gratitude is an incredible gateway to health and happiness. It elevates our moods, decreases stress, decreases blood pressure and strengthens our immune system. Science is now showing that when we hold the frequency of Gratitude by feeling it, it triggers our bodies to release DHEA – this is the hormone that combats cortisol (stress hormone). Science is also showing that when we sit in the feeling of gratitude every day for about 5 minutes, after a week, our bodies will naturally begin to crave more exercise (about 1 hour per week MORE than what we are currently getting). There are so many other amazing benefits to Gratitude, that I thought this would be the perfect time to launch the Gratitude Project. I hope you join us!

IF you choose to join us, you can do so in whatever way feels appropriate for you. Here are some suggestions:

1. You can join in on our Facebook Page. On this page there will be a daily thread and you can comment with what you are Grateful for along with other like-minded seekers.

2. You can copy this Gratitude Attitude to your own social media and share it with those you are connected with, adding your own gratitudes daily on your own wall with your friends.

3. You can start your own personal Gratitude Project in your journal at home.

Regardless, becoming aware of what we are Grateful for everyday, has major implications with our health and wellbeing. So let’s start a movement!
