Present Moment
Nothing happens in the past or the future – life is happening NOW!
The real magic of life happens in this moment where I experience the joy of living, the peace of loving, and gratitude for living purposefully. I willingly surrender to the present moment and choose to live NOW!
Here are a couple quick ideas to land you in the present moment at any moment in the day easily and effortlessly:
1. Draw your attention to the breath. Notice how your body moves subtly on each inhale and exhale. Notice the temperature of the breath as it comes in and out of your nostrils.
2. Savour the coffee, tea or water that you are sipping, the food you are consuming, the nature you are seeing.
3. Perform a random act of kindness.
4. Smile.
5. Exercise.
Life happens at warped speed. However, that doesn’t mean that we have to miss it. This week we are challenged to find our way to this moment and ENJOY the beauty, love, gifts and abundance that are always there and often missed in our busy-ness. Notice. Enjoy. Repeat.
