Join us as we explore deeper into our own spirituality, meditate, learn about Mantras, mudras, crystals, oracle cards, sacred ceremonies, vision boards, pendulum work, intention setting, chakras and so much more. We incorporate guided meditation into each week where we can experience messages from our guides and Angels. Each week is different and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated for life.
