Courage Circle Meditation – Mindfulness Practices

Mindfulness Practices can help you feel more sharp and focused and also more peaceful (less reactive and stressed). Over time they create cognitive flexibility and improved memory. It is ‘not’ about pushing away our thoughts (a common misconception), instead we relax with them as they are. Our minds become our allies.
We will do a few Mindfulness Meditation practices to stay anchored calm and present, and I’ll share some resources for you to continue doing this as part of your personal work.
