As life unfolds, I always have a choice in how I choose to live, how I choose to see the world, how I choose to act and react. I choose how I show up in the world around me and where I take action. My internal power is stronger than my circumstances. I am powerful.

Choice is a huge topic of discussion these days isn’t it? The world is polarized, hate is brewing, the future is uncertain, tolerance is at an all-time low. The haves blame the have-nots and the have-nots are blaming the haves. Confusion, division and segregation is perpetuating fear. It’s a scary world out there to say the least.
We must remember that our outlook is a choice. With so much outside noise right now, it is extremely important that we take a minute to listen to our voice within. We can choose to be a part of perpetuating the fear or we could choose to put love, compassion and kindness to the forefront of our perspective in how we view the world around us.
Just as with any situation in life, we will have hindsight one day on this day, this time, this season of life. And when we reflect and look back on how we authentically showed up in these moments, we will have a sense of where we compromised ourselves, where we stayed true to ourselves and where we could have shown up differently. Our power lies in our ability to make choices that align with our belief construct, our core values and our truest selves. And the beautiful part of this realization is that it is allowed to look different for each of us. And that is okay. In this moment, no one knows for 100% certainty how this season of life is going to play out. This week we are challenged to step into our inner power and find a way that is appropriate for us to be okay with the uncertainty of what’s ahead. Let’s access our inner power regardless of the outside noise and make choices that align with our divine purpose and our authentic selves. And let those choices be as wholly unique as we each are.
If you are struggling right now, please don’t suffer alone. Reach out to a trusted someone or contact me – I am a great listener. And if you need help beyond my talents I will help you put together a team to support you though these uncertain times. Regardless of our personal choices and beliefs, I love and support all. After all, we are in this together.
XO Juli
