Self-Care Through Journaling

This weeks Journal Prompts are based around moving from setting goals to establishing healthy habits that generate lasting change.

Journaling is therapeutic for so many reasons.  It can help ease the mind of it’s troubles and help make room for a new perspective.  It shifts the things we are carrying internally to the outside, giving it a voice, an outlet and a release.  Our body, mind and spirit are not independent of one another, but intricately woven together.  Journaling unlocks the mental so that there is room for the body to heal and the emotional to resolve and the spirit to soar again.  It isn’t easy heart work, but it is effective.  These prompts will help get you started.
