“I sit in silence, in the connected comfort of gratitude and wisdom, and plug into my authentic energy. I feel awe and a deep sense of love for the journey I am walking and beyond. I am connected to everything and everyone, and they are connected to me. I am one with all there is. I AM.”
Sometimes when we read affirmations we don’t connect with them right away. We can be repelled by the words or stare at them not believing their truth. That’s okay. This week, we are being challenged to sit with the affirmation anyway. The longer we sit with the words, and enter into a little reflection and gratitude, our hearts will begin to open. Then, we are able to find the gratitude for this journey we are walking.
As we head into this holiday season, we are met with challenges and joy; grief and love; change and tradition. This year, it is going to be different – but that’s okay. We truly are in this together – we are all certain of the uncertainty ahead – we are all being challenged to embrace and accept what is, for right now. This week we are encouraged to sit in silence as we contemplate what the most important part of the season ahead is for us. Then, let’s let that answer be our anchor in the days ahead. Chances are, as connected as we are, our answers are all alike.
