Love Matters

Love matters.  Our loves of the past matter.  The loves of our future matter.  The loves of this moment matter.  The love we invest in ourselves matter.  The love we attach to projects, work and service matter. Love matters.  We are impacted and shaped by the love that we give and receive every day.  This is why it is important to learn from all of our interactions and relationships.  Our ability to love others and ourselves unconditionally comes from living and loving in all of our yesterdays.  When we reflect and fine tune the way that we give and receive love, without limits, judgements and preconceived notions of getting something in return we begin to move into a place of loving freely, with all abandonment.  And what a beautiful exchange that can be!  This time of year, as we move into the “Santa” days ahead, let us adopt the beauty of giving and expecting nothing in return and giving without getting found out.  Let us give because it feels good to give.  Let us love because it feels good to love and be loved in return.  This week we are reminded that love matters in everything we do.
