The Corn Mother (Fertility)

“Patience, gentleness, forgiveness and sacrifice are sometimes necessary to bring something from seed to life.”

We spend a lot of time thinking about all the things we don’t have and things that we want to have.  I would venture to guess that most of us spend more time thinking about those things than we do reveling in the abundance and gratitude in our current state.  We have to remember that what we think is what grows in our lives.  When we spend time thinking about what we don’t have we are anchored in  LACK.  When we spend time thinking about things that we want, we are anchored in the ABSENCE of those things.  What we think is what we grow.  The Corn Mother, reminds us this week to recognize the abundance already in our lives and anchor into gratitude.  When we think about our abundance we grow more abundance.  It is a subtle shift in our thinking that can create an abundant outcome in our reality.  It isn’t just about thinking positively, it is about thinking gratefully! And, go!
