This week we are encouraged to be mindful of what we are fueling our body with. Are we eating to feel better or are we eating to be well? It is a valid question to ask ourselves. The body needs a variety of nutrients and lots of water to sustain the workload that we place upon it. Is there lots of colour on our plates? Are we getting enough protein, fruits and vegetables? Are we limiting our sugar intake? Are we drinking half of our body weight in ounces of water? The things that we choose to put into our bodies directly affect our performance physically, our resilience mentally and our ability to connect spiritually though our intuition. Let’s choose to be mindful of the things we choose to feed our bodies. Let’s make adjustments where we need to and then, let’s thrive! Let’s do this together, because our health is worth it! We are worth it!
