I release any judgement that may be preventing me from finding flowers around me. As I soften my gaze, I realize that even weeds can be flowers when I look hard enough. I am the gardener of my own life and I choose to water the flowers. There are always flowers.

I love metaphors. They speak to us all in different ways. What does this mean to you? Is it easy for you to find flowers in your life? Does anything ever block your vision? Do you pull the weeds or celebrate the weeds? What do you water and fertilize in your own life? Where are the flowers in your life?

Energy flows where our focus goes. There are always flowers. We simply have to look.
