“I am helping you heal physical challenges in yourself and others. You are a healer, like me.”
The body is a phenomenal vessel. It breaks. It bruises. It leaks. It gets sick. But it also repairs, rebuilds and rejuvenates. Innately, the body knows what it needs to survive and thrive. It really is a miraculously functioning vessel. Just think about it. Our hearts know how and when to beat at just the right speed to support the load we place upon the body. Our breath knows how to adjust naturally to our circumstances. Our bodies ovulate. Our bodies store muscle memory, data, memories and so much more…without us having to consciously “think” to do it. It just happens. Until it doesn’t. Remember the body is the vessel. It will wear out. It may be faced with more than it can handle beyond self-repair. Then, even then, as the body shuts down its functioning, it is also preparing us for what is next. Whatever that may be. This week, we are being encouraged to honor our bodies and the amazing healing powers that reside within. We are born of Spirit, live as Spirit and transition back as Spirit when this vessel expires. In the meantime, let’s honor this vessel, treat it well, and give thanks for it’s miraculous workings that support our experience here on earth.
