Lady Nada reminds us that we are all connected, more alike than not and encourages us to move toward more healthy female relationships, including the one with yourself. If there is a female relationship in your life that could use healing, compassion, softness and love, call upon your Divine through prayer, journaling or meditating to help restore balance. Now, more than ever, women are to be heard and seen – it is time to step out of the shadows and into leadership roles in our households, our communities and the world. Strong women lift each other, support each other, celebrate with each other and cry with each other. When we work together we become unified and stronger in our relationships. “Sister” relationships are sacred and personal and beautiful – and the world needs more of them! Why?! These kinds of relationships perpetuate peace, love and kindness. The work starts here in our own hearts…but the impact is global! This week, Lady Nada invites us to invest in our sisters and nurture our female relationships.
