“I let go of all my preconceived ideas. I look at life and people around me in a new, open and accepting way. I am being divinely guided in a spirit of harmony and good judgement.”
We can be our own worst enemy. In fact, when I look back at some of the biggest roadblocks I have encountered in my own life, I can honestly say that most of the time, I was in my own way. Sometimes we think we know what is right and best only to find out that something more appropriate is waiting. This week, we are encouraged to take a step back from all the thinking, let’s just hit the pause button on over analyzing, over thinking, and ruminating…and find our way into the present moment. It is here that we can see a different perspective and engage in relationships and life in a more effective way. This means stepping out of resistance to what is to make room for what is. It might feel uncomfortable, and that is okay. It just means we are growing.
