“Let go.  Say yes to life!”

In the thick of winter, we tend to hunker down, rest more, move less, dream of sunshine days ahead.  As we hibernate, life can become very predictable and feel confined. We are all here to expand, to explore and to LIVE.  It is time to go beyond our predictable behaviours and restrictions.  It is time to choose life on our own terms.  This week, we are encouraged to clear out the mental an emotional clutter that we have accumulated.  It is time to deny the rules that we have placed upon ourselves and also the rules that we have allowed others to place upon us.  This is our time.  Our time to follow the rhythm of our hearts and our dreams.  We are here to be free and it is okay when we don’t meet the expectations of others.  Let’s dance anyway.  Let’s make this ordinary day, extraordinary by saying yes to life!
