Sound Bath & Mala Make N’ Take

Join Veronica as she takes you on an experience through sound and vibration that is perfectly harmonized to have a profound effect on the mind and body to reduce stress and clear energetic blockages. Participants will have the opportunity to make their own personal Mala Bracelet (choice of two styles). You may make one for yourself or for a loved one. Then, through sound, infuse your bracelet with the beautiful practice of sound therapy anchoring in love and peace. This beautiful practice will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the busy holiday season with joy in your heart!
