• Reiki Principles and Precepts
• How to create your own sacred space
• How to ground, shield and protect yourself from unwanted energies
• How to sense energy
• How to channel and infuse energy
• To understand chakras, their function and how to clear, balance and align for self and others
• The Reiki Affirmation and powerful Chakra Affirmations for ongoing self-care
• Hand positions used to treat self and others, including an opportunity to both give and receive as you experience Reiki as a practitioner.
