We’ll be doing a Lee Holden – Qi Gong Flow practice, to gently balance and revitalize your energy, and I’ll talk about some remedies that you might find helpful at this time of year. I have my Diploma in Homeopathy (DiHom) and have used it for over 20 years – sometimes with remarkable results. I’ll be sharing some of these personal experiences with you, and explaining more about it, how to use it, and how helpful it can be in dealing with headaches, flu, allergies, etc. Lots of ideas for your ‘wellness/self care’ toolbox.
