Being open minded is a form of practicing mindfulness. A mind that is open to new ideas, new interest or knowledge is a mind of growth and possibility.  Stopping for a moment in time before reacting or judging and having the awareness to try and understand from a different perspective than our own can be life changing.

Our practice will be around loving kindness.  We will experience what it feels like to allow a genuine sense of love, compassion and empathy for others and ourselves in our hearts.
