30 minute meditation experience.

This will be done virtually, but if interested 4 people in person at Therapeutic Grace.

What is Deeksha?
Deeksha, also known as The Oneness Blessing, is a non-denominational, divine benediction/prayer that is gently given by a certified Oneness Blessing Facilitator through a gentle, hands-on transmittal of loving, Divine energy especially for you. A unique and specific blessing for each individual, Deeksha quiets the chatter of the mind, dissolves the sense of separation, and brings one fully to the moment, where there is only peace and joy. This delicious infusion of grace awakens the heart and sparks the psychological process of the shifting of one’s consciousness into a consistent state of Oneness.
