We explore deeper into your own spirituality, meditate, learn about Mantras, crystals, oracle cards, sacred ceremonies, vision boards, pendulum work, intention setting, chakras and so much more. Each week is different and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated for life! Dress comfortably, have your journal handy and find a quiet place in your own home to join us virtually on a ZOOM call or join us in person in our quiet space at Therapeutic Grace. Group is facilitated by Juli Conard. No previous experience is required, topics are inclusive of levels of ability.
