This week we are encouraged to lean into the strength of this affirmation. We are all too often harder on ourselves than we are on others. It takes courage to think kindly and speak kindly to ourselves. When we do, we elevate, rise above situations and can see the bigger picture of what is unfolding around us. From here, we can then fearlessly interact with family, friends, coworkers and even those that challenge us. Courage can be the gateway to love. Let’s move forward together in love, understanding and respect for all.
